Is this colculation is correct for transformer ?

This table for an indian designer and i found it different from all others
I ask if this colculation is correct or no and what is the equation he used to detremine the relation between transformer power and the core cross section area ?

Don't know.
If you have tables for mains transformer, data are related to specific type of iron laminate sheet.
So you need to find out what type of material is used, and if there is defined specific dimension for transformer for this table.
